How my commissions work in 5 steps:

Opening the queue for 10 people
Closing it and taking comms from 1-3 people from the beginning of the queue
Discussin their ideas, payment, sketch

Additional queue info:

My patrons have a separate queue that will be done at the same time as the commission queue! (there are Sketch Comms)
Before opening a new queue (after the previous one was finished) I may take a few experimental style slots to check if that style is something that I’d like to add to my commission site
you may leave the queue at any time as long as I haven’t started your commission, just inform me about it
If I let you know it's your turn and I don't hear from you for a month or more (before deatils, payment etc.), I will have to remove your slot from the commission queue.

PAYMENTS

I accept Deviantart points, paypal and Patreon pixels!

1$= 80 points

1$= 2 pixels

- You have 2 weeks to send a payment ( or you may let me know later that you need more time and will discuss how much time do you need ;3)

- Payment can be done in parts! (and after the first payment I will be able to send you a sketch)

- I accept mixed payment (for example half paypal half pixels)

- For Paypal: I'll ask you to let me know me your paypal adress so I'd be able to send you a paymnet request with a specific price. But it's also okay if you'd like to send me a payment without a payment request, just let me know :3

- For DA points: I will make a commission widget for you on my site with your username and I'll send you a link to it :3

Here are all the steps explained!

From now on I’ll be starting comms by opening a queue with 5-10 slots (it’ll be open for max 2 weeks but can be closed sooner). All you need to do is to let me know that you’d like to join :3! It’ll be highly appreciated if you tell me if you are interested in something smaller or bigger* (but it’s okay if you’re not sure yet) ;3. It’s first come first serve but my Rose patrons (or higher) can join earlier
Prices for commissioners won’t change as long as the queue is not finished!

*Examples of smaller comms: no background, Sketches, only lineart, Ref sheet with max 2 full bodies, headshots etc
Examples of bigger comms: simple or detailed background, Custom Ref sheet, Special Style or Painting, more than 2 characters etc.
After closing the queue I’ll take the first 1-3 people based on my time and type of commissions (if you previously let me know) - I’ll take more comms at the same time if those are smaller ones. I’ll inform you when it’s your turn and I’ll ask you to tell me if you are still interested. So if you had changed your mind, there’s no problem ;3. I’ll cross you out from the queue and I’ll take another person. Or I can move you to the end of the queue once if you need more time to decide/get money.
If you are still interested then it’s time to talk about your idea and all the details like style, characters and payment. After that, I need to get payment before I’ll start working on the sketch, you have 2 weeks to send it. There’s always an option to pay in parts ;3 (read more in the Payment section). When I get the payment, I’ll send you a sketch so you could inform me about preferred changes.
When you approve the sketch, I’ll finish the drawing in 3 months ;3 (for WIPs see Q&A below). I’ll send you the drawing via link to stash or google drive. At that point I can fix any character features if I drew them incorrectly, other changes can be added as long as those are really small (e.g. where the OC is looking, removing/adding smile, adding a few flowers to the grass etc.). If everything is okay, I may post it on my sites (sometimes it can be months later, some drawings I won’t post at all) and I'll mention you in all descriptions.
When I finish all 1-3 taken comms I may need a break based on my Patreon, personal projects or life situations. But I’ll do my best to take another group as fast as possible. Before that, I’ll send you a message a few days earlier so you may prepare your idea :3. The cycle will be repeating itself till the whole queue will be clear. After that I’ll take some time to take a look at the prices, add/change styles, redesign the site etc.

What I will and won't draw

I draw mostly furries/animals but I can also draw humans and other creatures :3
I draw only SFW art so when drawing nude character there won't be visible any genitals or female nipples. I can draw suggestive art but only if I am okay with a theme
gore in most cases is okay
I can draw vehicles and buildings

Other important info:

only one slot per one person
drawings may be submitted on Deviantart, Furaffinity, Instagram, Twitter or my commissions site. I’ll mention a commissioner and a character owner in the description. Let me know if you’d like to stay anonymous!
commissioner and character owner are allowed to share finished drawings on other social media and websites with adding credits (link to my Deviantart/Furaffinity, just writing Pixeloze is also ok)
commissioned art may be used for personal and non-profit purposes only
if the character does not have any artwork yet (you have only description) based on the complexity I may ask for an additional payment of 10$
I’ll finish the drawing in 3 months after your approval of the sketch
If you'd like me to finish it by a specific date, you need to let me know before sending the payment and I will tell you if I am able to do that or not. If you’d like me to finish it in a shorter time than 1 month (no less than 2 weeks), I’ll ask you to pay additional 20% of the art price since I’ll be working in my free time to finish it

Comm gifts & groupd comms

I can do commission with a different character than commissioner's but only as long as it is not something questionable/inappropriate
For group drawings (with more than 1 commissioner/character owner) we may create a group chat or I can discuss the project with one person but if the idea is questionable/inappropriate, I may ask for characters owners agreement first (with a response from owner's account)
When paying for group drawings I can send a payment request for one person with full price or send payment requests for each commissioner with prices based on how much character is visible on the drawing (or you can all decide to split it differently)

Sketches

I’ll draw a sketch for you after getting a payment in a month (full payment or part as long as it’s equal to the sketch price)
after getting it, you may ask me for some changes. I can make bigger changes for once (like changing the whole background or changing the whole character/pose). For another big changes I’ll ask you to pay since it’s not included in the base prices from my site
sketches are usually black & white. Customs sketches are always colored in a fast way.

Refunds

after the art is finished there are no refunds
you may withdraw the commission before I start doing it and I'll return all the money you have paid
if you'd like a refund when it’s in progress then I’ll make a pricing (I’ll make a list of things that I need a payment for), after that I'll return you the rest of what you've paid and send you the unfinished drawing

Adopts & Customs

You may resell character but for the same price as here or cheaper, unless it has extra art
You may give it to someone or retrade it
Do not claim that you have created the original design
You may change the design, name etc. :3
You'll get unmarked art after winning an auction (adopts)

Q&A

Can you design an outfit for my character?

Yes, and it’s gonna be for free :3 as long as it’s simple and only when buying commission/YCH (customs/ref sheets have different rules). If you’d like a detailed one (like an armor, carnival costume, outfit with a lot of jewelry etc.) I’ll need to ask you for a small payment

Can I see WIPs?

It depends, in most cases I prefer to not show unfinished artworks unless it’s a bigger project (drawing with a few characters or a detailed background), but if you really like seeing the process, you may ask if I’ll be able to send a wip or two ;3

Can you draw me a fanart character pleeease?

I do not draw original fanart characters for money unless it’s your own character placed in a specific universe. I can make an exception, tho I must really like the idea or the character - in that case I can draw that character for free BUT there must be at least one of your characters. You’ll pay for the whole art like there will be only your character on the drawing. Also I’m not going to draw more than 2 fanart characters. In case of any doubts you may always ask ;3

Do you take requests?

Nope, I need money to feed me and my cat, he's always hungry <.<

Are you open to collabs?

You may always ask, but in most cases I need to say no. There's higher chance if you want to do an YCH, but still in most cases I just won't have time x3

Why don't you draw nsfw art >.>?

I just don’t feel comfortable for now, it took me years to realize that nsfw content is not bad since my childhood taught me differently x3. Also I know that a few people around me may not understand that it’s a normal thing when it comes to art. I don’t say that I’ll always be a sfw artist, I don’t say I’ll become the nsfw one either. I’m thinking about it from time to time but I’m not ready for the consequences xD

Then what about sexy sfw contet owo?

It really depends, I draw lingerie, I love drawing pairs in a hot way, I enjoy drawing females in swimsuits etc. so classic stuff is okay I guess. For as hot drawing as possible there is a special Body Mystery Box on my patreon (Lotus patrons), It’s still sfw but I’m playing with the boundaries there so you may get something nice uwu
